1. Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

Mums and garters are handmade and customized and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering on orders, EXCEPT rush orders.

2. Ordering Deadlines

Orders should be submitted at least 14 days before your homecoming date. Order submitted less than 10 days prior to Homecoming will be subject to a RUSH Fee. The earlier an order is submitted the better. Orders for certain schools can be cutoff if I have reached maximum capacity for that particular school. This is not a set number. It varies year over year based on when each school's homecoming falls compared to others. Get your orders in early to guarantee a spot!

3. Pick Up/Delivery

Pick up is in the Veramendi Neighborhood in New Braunfels. The neighborhood is across Loop 337 from New Braunfels High School. Address is provided with a submitted order.

Delivery is not a standard service offered, but available upon request and subject to availability. A delivery charge will be assessed based on distance.

At this time, I do not offer shipping.

3. Order Completion Timeline

Orders are guaranteed to be ready for pickup by the day before homecoming. In most cases I have them ready the weekend before your homecoming. As I created custom mums for many schools, I prioritize orders based on receipt and upcoming homecoming dates. At times, I have to switch to another school, but will always have your order ready in time for your homecoming.

4. How do I make special requests?

5. What payment options do I have?

You can pay Venmo, Credit Card, Paypal, or Paypal Pay over time. Please contact me for questions on payments or special circumstances.
